Devonshire Renovation
Outside Rennovation
This house on Devonshire was an entire renovation. We started with new siding, new windows, new trim and fresh paint.
Bathroom
All of the bathrooms in this house were outdated. The C&A design team chose to add in tile, new fixtures, glass shower doors, and rainfall showerheads.
Floors
We pulled the carpet up and installed hardwood throughout the house to finish off the modern updates to this beautiful home.
Landalee Renovation
Outdoor Upgrades
C&A Group really wanted to set this beautiful renovation off inside and out. We built a custom grill station with Torum, which is much like Ipe but easier to work with. We also added in a pad and insert for an outdoor spa.
Bathroom
This beautiful home positioned on the Landfall golf course has an amazing view and needed the inside to match. The bathrooms received new tile floors and in the shower. Along with brand new fixtures in all the bathrooms, most notably was the addition of the clawfoot tub pictured above in the master bathroom.
Indoor Upgrade
Our design team went to work with this to really bring this reno to life. We made significant upgrades to the kitchen with new stainless appliances and cabinets. All of the carpets were pulled and replaced with hardwood. Most notably was the addition of the theater room upstairs.
