C&A Residential Group (now Sligh Homes) was recently featured on HGTV Smart Home 2022. As the leading Platinum Trex Pro in the Wilmington and surrounding areas, we were tasked with this year’s HGTV Smart Home’s outdoor living space. We started with the design and client choose there unique colors and styles where we carefully planned and coordinated with Trex.

From there we began the build using Havana gold Trex decking, signature glass railing, phantom screening, cypress wrapped columns, Trex pergola element, and outdoor lighting! The Trex was included on the front, back, upper, and pool deck.
